Get ready to have a great time! You will learn a lot about volleyball in a short period of time! I have found it useful if you show up in relatively decent shape and most important, don’t compare yourself to others in the clinic. If you feel intimidated, the learning process shuts down. I do an excellent job of matching each player with drills and competition suited for the appropriate levels of play.
There will be young players in attendance as well as adults. I will group you by age and skill level an hour into the clinic — I do it for safety reasons and to make you feel more comfortable. The coaching staff will be watching each individual execute the skills during “Survivor”… this is where we enforce the teaching cycle.
Please remember it is not important who you play against or who you play with, all that matters is how you are performing each skill during “Survivor.”
Players will want to bring: Lunch, Snacks, Beverages an extra T-shirt, knee pads, water and other personal items you may need.
After you complete the registration process, I will send you an e-mail confirming your participation.
I look forward to working with you and making you a better volleyball Player!

3/16 Inch Surgical Tubing
$16.00The most important thing you can own as a volleyball player is a 5-foot piece of 3/16 inch surgical tubing.
Advanced and novice players need to use the tubing every day to strengthen and maintain the four small muscles that comprise the rotator cuff.
Included with the surgical tubing are four detailed exercises showing you how to increase your ability to snap and hit balls!
You will also receive a YouTube link that will demonstrate the four exercises. The exercises do not take long to learn, but you need to do these every time you play. Strong rotator cuffs are how we snap the ball.
For advanced players, it is how we maintain our arms against the wear and tear that can lead to surgery.
