How does it work? Simple.
- A volleyball facility will be coordinated close to your meeting location for a three to five hour volleyball skills session.
- Transportation will be arranged.
- Arrive at facility and get suited up and ready to play. Beverages and snacks provided.
- Motivational speech on three topics: “The Winning Metric,” “The Three Parts to Being a Superior Athlete,” “Junior and Club Sports Explained.”
- Two to Three (or more?) hours of volleyball instruction introduced, explained and then implemented through the game of “Survivor.”
- Warm down along with beverages, fruit and snacks
- Return to hotel.
